We worked with the Council Cooperation of Ontario to create a video promoting business between entrepreneurs in Quebec and Ontario. We were on a budget so we utilized stock video and an iphone to create our narration for this government of Ontario Promotional viudeo. We added text, titles and music to inspire the viewer while informing of the possibilities this government agency could offer.
